Typically, in runners and lifters, ankles and calves get tight and limit full range of motion in running πŸƒβ€β™€οΈ, squatting πŸ‹οΈβ€β™‚οΈ, jumping and can and will limit the ability of you to reach your next PR πŸ’ͺ🏻!

Here are three exercises that should be a part of your mobility routine:

⏺Table Soleus stretch w/ or w/o kettle bell - 5 sets of 20-30 seconds

⏺Strap assisted ankle mobilization with stepping pattern 15-20 reps x 2 sets

⏺ Slant Board Gastroc Eccentric Stretch - slow controlled minimum of 3 sets of 15
